Born as the younger brother to Quartz, this fellow grew up in the southern regions. He has a serious case of sweet tooth- You can't see him without him some berry-flavored lollipop in his mouth. But he's more of a boiled-sweet kind of guy, so I can't argue with that. Nor can his sister.
Zao is more outgoing than his sister. He has a highly confident nature, which can prove how stubborn he is, but he knows that ego is never that important. His passionate ideals may also trigger his highly emotional side. Seriously, he cried for two hours when leaving home. Sheesh.

Age: 19 Years (Virgo)
Ability: Mold Breaker

This is Quartz, the eldest sibling of the two brawling duo. Liberal and loyal (Aha, look, some alliteration.), this girl would have been thought to have dictionaries merged into her diet. Just hear that amazing vocabulary! Or consider how she managed to get that strange eye colour that has no relation to the plot whatsoever.
Agility is Quartz's strongest point. You can recognize the saying, 'Thinking on your feet'. Only Quartz is more cautious. So I guess it's more thinking and less 'on your feet' business.
